Days like this make me feel so industrious.  9 quarts of marinara from scratch, ready for the freezer, using Italian San Marzano tomatoes and fresh organic ingredients.  Such a beautiful 2 hour labor of love, but so worth it.  Thanks Giadia DeLaurentis for the best recipe ever for marinara.  Check out the recipe here on the blog.  It is perfection!
