Rosemary Oven Fries

Rosemary Oven Fries

4 medium sized Idaho potatoes, cut in ½- inch thick half slices (like steak fries)

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 tbspn fresh rosemary (can use dried rosemary)

1 tspn salt

½ tspn of black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Toss together potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.  Spread out evenly on a 13 x 9 inch cookie sheet and place in oven to roast for about 45 minutes, checking halfway through cooking to flip them over with spatula to prevent sticking, and so they can get crisp on both sides.  Fries are done when outside is lightly brown and crisp, and inside is tender.  Serve.
