Berry Breakfast Smoothie

1 ripe banana

1 cup of frozen berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, or combination)

½ cup of orange juice

1 cup of refrigerated So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk (or Almond or Soy)

Directions:

In a food processor or blender, puree the peeled banana.  Add the frozen berries and continue to blend, until smooth.  Add the coconut milk and blend.  Lastly, add the orange juice and blend well.  Pour in large glass with straw and enjoy!

*The riper the banana, the sweeter the smoothie…so let your bananas be very ripe!  Don’t throw away brown bananas as they can be peeled and frozen in a freezer bag to use in future smoothies.
