Basic marinade

When it comes to marinades, I pretty much use a basic recipe and tweak as necessary based on flavor profile I’m going for. This marinade is good for chicken, pork, beef and salmon. I season my meat with sea salt and pepper before pouring over the marinade. No need to use too much salt as the Bragg liquid amino acids has a bit of a salty taste to it, like soy sauce. You can double recipe as needed based on how much meat you are marinating.

1/4 cup Bragg liquid amino acids
2 tbspn olive oil
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup of pineapple juice

Instructions: Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl, and pour over meat to marinate overnight in the fridge, or for a couple of hours. Once marinate is complete, remove meat from marinade and grill. Enjoy!
