Knee deep in the kitchen. I have my vanilla bean cream cheese frosting finally on my carrot cake, my fennel potato gratin is assembled, and now prepping the ham before I go to bed. The ham is rubbed down in olive oil, fresh sage, salt, pepper, and ground cloves. Tomorrow after it bakes a while, I will finish it with a tangerine glaze that will fall all over the ham and coat those carrots. If all goes well, will give you a peek at the finished entree tomorrow. I can hardly wait!
