Easter Dinner in the making…

18 Apr

It’s Good Friday, and I am looking forward to some good eats for our upcoming Easter Dinner. I try to look for new inspirational dishes to try, and it just so happened I stumbled across this recipe for Glazed Tangerine Ham. It looked so delicious, I had to take a camera shot! I want to keep our meal simple, budget friendly ($100 to be exact), but memorable, and here is what will adorn our “prepared table” this Sunday:

Tangerine Glazed Ham with Baby Carrots
French Green Beans with Shallots
Potato-Fennel Gratin
Truffle Deviled Eggs
Homemade Gluten Free Carrot Cake

Is your mouth watering yet? I know mine is. I am pleased to offer this menu because it is a mix of simple and elegant, with a little decadence thrown in, which is what I’m all about.

Happy Easter. See you in the kitchen. Right now, it’s time for me to “hop” to the store so I can make this happen.
