Smoked Salmon, Asparagus, and Brie Fritatta

Delicious, and nutritious. This is a late breakfast for me, but could very well serve as a brunch entree with a salad. It has smoked salmon, asparagus, French Brie, red onions, and fresh dill. Doesn’t that sound delightful? It is as delicious as it sounds. Who said salmon and asparagus had to be reserved only for dinner? Here is your slice…

      It was! I fixed it for breakfast, now my family can’t keep their hands out of it for dinner. 🙂
