Just took my baked ziti out the oven. This is lovingly made from scratch, right down to the marinara sauce. This baked Italian goodness is filled with sausage, spinach, fresh basil, smoked mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh grated whole milk mozzarella (Yep, it’s cheesy!), with lots of marinara and penne pasta. This will “cheat proof” our weekend by ensuring we have yummy, gluten free dishes to eat, right here at home.
To round out the meal, I prepared a fresh spring mix garden salad, and made Gluten Free Cherry Yum Yum for dessert. I’ll be eating so good, you might not see me this weekend. 🙂
