Provençal French Beans, simmering…

This meal is going to be sick! I got my Provençal French Beans simmering, while my 4 hour lamb is finishing it’s braise in the oven. The beans will be the backdrop on the platter for that wonderful lamb to rest on. Good food takes time, and I’ve got all the time in the world.
