Dinner is served! Four hour leg of lamb and Provençal French beans

Voila! This beautiful French meal is on the table. Look at how succulent and fork tender that lamb turned out. I literally did not need a spoon, the meat fell from the bone just by lifting! Cooking for 4 hours in white wine, garlic, and herbs really helped to make it exquisite. The French white beans were the perfect backdrop, finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan Regianno and fresh parsley. They were so good, I could just eat them by themselves. I can’t speak French, but join me in saying, “Ooo weee!” Lol!
