Soup is on in the kitchen tonight. I put my best in this soup, like chicken tenderloin, fresh celery, organic diced potatoes, and cream of celery to name a few. I hit it with a little white wine, then stirred in fresh Mozarella to give it body. It is superb! This is one of those recipes I have tucked away to go in a cookbook one day, and as it is the number one soup requested in my house, I am sure it will be a hit at someone else’s table as well.
Now off I go to enjoy a bowl of this with some gluten free crackers. Got to have a little bit of crunch to balance the whole experience out, right?!
