Dinner is served! I am so excited to get to sit down to this. I made sure to make a double batch so I could freeze for future lunches. Oh how I wish I had some garlic breadsticks to go with this, but as I am trying to go gluten free, I made garlic toast strips using Udi’s GF bread. A small price to pay to feel good. But I’ll be alright, I have a GF chocolate cake with buttercream cream cheese icing for dessert I whipped up to compensate…Lol!
