Beef short ribs

Don’t those short ribs look delicious. See how that red wine reduced down to a nice demi-glaze over them. It took 3 hours in a covered dutch pot in the oven for them to get fork tender. Honey, you don’t even have to tell me. Just do me one favor…don’t hate me because I can cook. 😉
