Gluten free Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes

I’m turning cartwheels now!  Look at how scrumptious.  I knew they were going to be good when I whipped up the homemade icing with grassfed butter, confectioner sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and peanut butter.  This is a gluten free adaptation of Ina Garten’s recipe using GF King Arthur chocolate cake mix.  Think Reese’s cup in cupcake form.  Mmmhmm…I could use some of that in my life. 🙂
