What’s cooking? Meatballs

I’m feeling like some spaghetti and meatballs tonight and I needed 3 things…gluten free spaghetti, my homemade marinara sauce, and of course meatballs.  I mixed these with grassfed ground beef and hot italian pork sausage, garlic, parsley, some fresh crumbled Udi’s GF bread for breadcrumbs, grated parmesan reggiano, drizzle of olive oil, along with some spices.  Now off to the oven they go while I heat the sauce.  I’ll post a pic when they’re all done and dressed up. 😉
