”Ain’t no thang like a chicken wang.” Sometimes we opt for appetizers for dinner, and our favorite are wings, and I know how to hook them up! I high roasted these in the oven until they got that crisp on the skin, and then I tumbled them in a smoky barbecue sauce base I simmer with a splash of strawberry wine. Doesn’t the idea of that sound good? Served with some blue tortilla chips, celery, carrot sticks, along with a ranch dip, and it is on. Holla!
