Don’t pass up those plaintains!

These are how ripe plaintains should be, actually could be a little darker, with a slight firmness without being too mushy.  Slice and fry in some coconut oil, with a sprinkle of cinnamon for good measure, and you are in for the best sweet, wholesomely, delicious treat that $3 can buy!  I can’t wait to eat these golden gems. 🙂
